Eligibility
2. This promotion is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom and Jersey who receive the 10% off promotion email from Dunelm following collection of a click-and-collect order from a Dunelm store ("Promotion Email"). In accordance with these terms and conditions this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including staff discount in the case of employees of the Promoter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of eligible participants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the offer may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

5. Eligible participants will receive a 10% off discount code for any single future transaction (the "Discount Code") made at Dunelm.com or in-store during the Offer Period (defined below).
6. The Discount Code will be sent by email to a selection of Dunelm's customers who collect a click-and-collect order in-store, at Dunelm's discretion. The Discount Code will be shown as a single use code on an email sent to the eligible participants.
7. The Discount Code is single use, may be used to purchase products online at Dunelm.com or in-store.
8. How to Redeem
9. To redeem the Discount Code, the eligible participants must enter the Discount Code at the checkout when purchasing product(s) from Dunelm.com or present the barcode which accompanies the Discount Code to the colleague at the store tills when shopping in-store.
10. The Discount Code must be used between by the time and date set out within the Promotion Email ("Offer Period").
11. Exclusions
12. The Discount Code and accompanying barcode cannot be used at the self-service checkouts.
13. The Discount Code may not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be purchased with the Discount Code. The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or deal, including colleague discount and cashback claims through any Promoter affiliate publishers. Upon validation, where a Discount Code has been used in conjunction with cashback, cashback will be denied. This will not impact your transaction or use of the Discount Code.
14. The Discount Code cannot be redeemed against gift card purchases.
15. The Discount Code cannot be redeemed against purchased at Pausa.
16. The Discount Code cannot be redeemed against any order or purchase of Made to Measure products.
17. General
18. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and / or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision, eligible participants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
19. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, reject claims deemed to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the spirit of the promotion. The Promoter's decision as to any aspect of this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. Use of the Discount Code is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The purchase by eligible participants of any products is governed by the Promoter's standard terms and conditions of sale available here.
21. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
22. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Eligible participants will receive a 10% off discount code to be used for any single future transaction (the "Discount Code") made at Dunelm.com during the Offer Period.
2. The Discount Code will be offered to a selection of customers who have entered their birthday into the MyAccount section of Dunelm.com. The Discount Code will be shown on the Promotion Email.
3. The Discount Code cannot be redeemed instore and cannot be used to purchase any gift cards.
4. To redeem the Discount Code, the customer must enter the Discount Code at the checkout when purchasing product(s) from Dunelm.com.
5. The Discount Code must be used between the date of the Promotion Email and the use-by date stated within the Promotion Email (inclusive) ("Offer Period").
