3. To receive a birthday email containing a 10% off Discount Code (as defined below), entrants must:
4. Add their date of birth in their online account on Dunelm.com or the Dunelm App at least 7 days before their birthday;
5. Be opted in to receive marketing emails; and
6. Have transacted in the last 12 months.
7. This promotion is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom and Jersey who meet the above criteria. In accordance with these terms and conditions this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including staff discount in the case of employees of the Promoter.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the offer may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

10. Participants who meet the eligibility criteria (defined above) will receive a birthday email ("Promotion Email") from Dunelm containing 10% off their next purchase. Eligible participants will receive a 10% off discount code to be used for any single future transaction (the "Discount Code") made at Dunelm.com, the Dunelm app or in-store during the Offer Period (defined below).
11. How to Redeem
12. To redeem the Discount Code, the customer must enter the Discount Code at the checkout when purchasing product(s) from Dunelm.com or Dunelm App, or present the barcode which accompanies the Discount Code to the colleague at the store tills when shopping in-store.
13. The Discount Code must be used between the date of the Promotion Email and the use-by date stated within the Promotion Email (inclusive) ("Offer Period").
14. Exclusions
15. The Discount Code cannot be used to purchase any gift cards.
16. The Discount Code may not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable.
17. The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or deal, including colleague discount and cashback claims through any Promoter affiliate publishers.
18. The Discount Code cannot be used for purchases using Creation Credit.
19. General
20. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and / or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
21. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, reject claims deemed to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the spirit of the promotion. The Promoter's decision as to any aspect of this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
22. Use of the Discount Code is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The purchase by participants of any products is governed by the Promoter's standard terms and conditions of sale available here.
23. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
24. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
